This is the convertion from the arcade machine also name Metal Slug™. The graphics is average and very much like US production although this is a 100% Japanese game. The gameplay is rich with weapons and of course, the most important thing - Metal Slug, the super tank. In 6 levels, you get to fight many man and machines. A good recommendation for 2 players. However, the difficulty is only alright. It is not that easy, just in case you think it was as easy as the sequel Metal Slug 2™ on the arcade. Just remember to keep 1 save slot free for the endsave to activate the special game not found on the arcade when you complete the game. I added the FAQ from the arcade because it is the same and I cannot find specific FAQ for PSX here.

After beating the game a new option will appear called ANOTHER STORY. Click on it to play three bonus games.
